Performance and Goals
Indicators Definition
GPI supports the iterative process
of defining Performance and Goals Indicators for all Organization.
The process, mainly top-down, is started by the Organism Board of
Managers, defining Strategic Goals and the correspondent Indicators,
going through the organizational hierarchy till the total definition
of Operational Goals and correspondent Indicators, defined by
Organizational Units.
In this way, Strategic Goals and Operational Goals
are guaranteed to be aligned.
Formal Goal Approval
After Goals definition phase, these must be
approved, using an workflow mechanism, typically bottom-up, that is
customized for each Organization.
In this process, GPI uses the
central component shared by ShareValue Suite, the
Decision Console.
Performance Indicators
Measurement
Performance indicators measurement can be introduced
in a manually or automatic way, using other back-end systems (using
open standards like XML, HTTP(S), SOAP and WebServices).
Monitoring Real Goals
GPI allows real-time evaluation of
the Organization's Performance, using the attractive graphical way
given by
Dashboards,
Scorecards,
pre-defined
and ad-hoc
web reports (that can be exported to common formats like
EXCEL, HTML, XML, etc.).
